You may cancel your service booking by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be eligible in the following cases:

  • Service not provided as scheduled due to our fault
  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Service cancelled at least 24 hours in advance with prior payment
  • Dissatisfaction with service quality (subject to review)

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
  • No-show appointments

6. Rescheduling

Instead of canceling, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us to reschedule.
